Thank you to Louise Jones for sharing this info in the comments about this absolutely fabby tea rooms in Stratford Upon Avon in the UK. I Googled it and found this fun video..
Golly- wouldn’t it be fun to be there!
Here is the website too http://www.thefourteas.co.uk/
Hi all…. just wanted to apologize for not updating recently. A lot happened these past couple of weeks and I’ve needed time to re-group and try and grow strong.
No weight loss at last weigh in but I did lose 7 lbs the week before so not overly concerned.
Today has been particularly tough emotionally, my tummy hurts and I really kind of need a cuddle. A strong arm..
I’ll be back real soon, especially as there has been so many interesting comments left and I’m thinking about my next post.
Today, for the first time in 15 + years, I am no longer Morbidly Obese..
Now I am Obese Class 2 and not that far away from Obese class 1.
Can you see me smiling? And all in 6 months…. if I can do it you seriously can too!!!!!!
237 lbs- You have a BMI of 38.25
BMI is between 35-39.99 (Obese Class 2)
If you have a BMI of 35-39.99 your risk of weight-related health problems and even death, is severe. See your doctor and reduce your weight to a lower BMI.
299 lbs- You have a BMI of 48.50
BMI is over 40 (Obese Class 3 : Morbid Obesity)
With a BMI of 40+ you have an extremely high risk of weight-related disease and premature death. Indeed, you may have already been suffering from a weight-related condition. For the sake of your health it is very important to see your doctor and get specialists help for your condition.
It’s been an emotionally trying week. Nuff said…
Normally I’d ALWAYS turn to food for comfort, my choice of pain relief. Such is the life changing journey that this has become, not once did this become an option. Instead I experienced a lack of appetite, an alien concept for me, but I still ensured I ate three meals a day, I just had no wish to eat beyond that..
It shows in the weight loss this week, rather more than I expected. I am sure that will even out as my appetite returns. I won’t complain of course and I have worked hard in our office gym, lifting weights, bench pressing, treadmill and elliptical etc… oh and did I mention the outdoor walking?
Now I really can see my goal on the horizon to lose 100 lbs in one year. Just 38 lb to lose …
Start weight Oct 1, 2011: 299 lbs
Weight last week: 244 lbs
Weight this week: 237 lbs
TOTAL loss this week: -7 lbs
TOTAL weight loss since Oct 1: 62 lbs
Heaviest weight: 345 lb
TOTAL weight loss since heaviest: 108 lb
Thank you for all 141 entries… this time there were just too many entries to go in a hat, so instead I used a random number generator online and it selected the winner for me- see the screen shot above!
