3 lb off! That’s 8 lb in 2 weeks.. (GRIN)
I now weigh 232 lbs (naked on home scales) and I’m 33lbs from my year goal of 100 lbs weight loss.
I’m “just” on track… to get to my goal I have to maintain a weight-loss of just under 4 lbs per week.
I’m sticking to 1800 cals a day on this home stretch, and slowly increasing my exercise.
GOAL by October 1st, 2012: Live for one year using wartime food rations- 100 wartime recipes re-created- lose 100 lbs of fat
To date: 67 lb lost- 77 wartime recipes re-created
