I’ve worked so hard last week and this week…. I can now walk over 2 kms in 30 minutes! When I started walking 2 weeks ago I’d walk 1 km slowly, stop for at least 10 minutes to get my breath and then do another km. Now I’m doing 2.2 km in 30 minutes without stopping once!
Last week I lost 6 lbs! I know it won’t be as much this week but I’m still hoping for something worth jumping up and down about!
