Sorry no updates

Sorry there have been no updates and recipes for a FEW WEEKS.

Life has been busy.  I start a new job soon.

We’ve been to the Isle of Skye and the South of France.

Back to weigh-ins, recipes and more exercise very soon.

  2. Glad to hear you’re having an interesting time. Good luck with the new job. I’ve taken on some new work too so I haven’t had time to think about my weight. But I need to get back on the diet too. I’ve got the little pots washed and lined up on the work top but that’s as far as I’ve gone with it!

  4. Good for you girl! I love your blog. So doing the a variation on your theme and trying the couch to 5k (you had mentioned it WAY) back in your Canada days I have lost 18 pounds so far. So I am taking it to the next level. I am going to try one of your recipes a week for the rest of 2014. The team here says we need a little variety (hum, I don’t see them cooking dinner). I even started my first victory garden this summer- as a first attempt is was tremedous. Although, team also says they can not eat another summer squash! Keep us posted, you seem like a fun person. And we all need more fun people in our lives!

  6. Carolyn,
Love your blog! Found it several weeks ago while looking for recipes. I have to say so far my family has liked everything I’ve made from your site. Plus, I’ve saved so much money on my grocery budget.
    Thanks from across the pond
