REALLY? REALLY REALLY? Perfect make-up, not a hair out of place, not a mere bead of sweat or sticky bum prints left on gym equipment? (which by the way, in this clip look like giant epilators for removing excess hair)

And then there are those 1940s smiles and perfect lipstick, no contortion of facial features as if a leg is being sawn off without an anaesthetic… oh no these gals have class.

And then there are the gym shoes, or should we say gym heels…

Yes I’m jealous! 🙂

  1. What makes me wonder, wasn´t that considered *too much* skin shown on these *nearly naked* ladies?

    Oh by the way I read that you wanted to loose weight and live healthier. Maybe you want to try the cronometer software.

    It is a free online tool(you have to pay if you want to use the premium tool but if I need more potassium I will google for such a food, no need to buy premium for the food oracle)

    Very simple, you register, put your datas in(height, weight, age, gender etc) and than you have a day for day diary that offerd diagrams how much weight you have lost/calories/fat/protein/carbs eaten.

    It calculates how much vitamins/minerals you need and how much you have eaten, offers thousands of foods and ready made foods you can put automatically in the diary.

    I really love this tool. Especially because it shows you in the diagrams what is your weekly average intake of vitamins/minerals etc and where you need to up something and also shows how much weight you have lost as a diagram over a whole year and more.

    As I tend to loose all my notes, the online tool can not be lost and therefor is very handy, especially because it calculates all the things for you and you just need to insert what you have eaten, how much and what exercise you did to calculate your caloric needs
