Weigh in is on Thursday morning..
I’m kind of dreading it because I still don’t feel like I have lost weight despite the food diary and all the extra exercise. All I want to do is lose something to break this 3 week PLATEAU.
Here was todays food and exercise..
Breakfast (350 cals)
- 1/2 dry cup of organic oatmeal (porridge) cooked in water
- 1 tablespoon of flax seed
- 1 pear
Lunch (800 cals)
- Vegetable pasty (left over from yesterday)
- Black beans 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes
Snack (100 cals)
- Apple
Dinner (900 cals)
- Macaroni
- Canned tomatoes
- Several dates
