Death to PLATEAU- Day 5

Weigh in is on Thursday morning..

I’m kind of dreading it because I still don’t feel like I have lost weight despite the food diary and all the extra exercise. All I want to do is lose something to break this 3 week PLATEAU.

Here was todays food and exercise..

Breakfast (350 cals)

  • 1/2 dry cup of organic oatmeal (porridge) cooked in water
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seed
  • 1 pear

Lunch (800 cals)

  • Vegetable pasty (left over from yesterday)
  • Black beans 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes

Snack (100 cals)

  • Apple

Dinner (900 cals)

  • Macaroni
  • Canned tomatoes
  • Several dates

Food:          2150 cals

Exercise: – 200 cals
