Am going to make this for tea this week but was just wondering how big a dish to use?? It looks delicious & autumn is just around the corner……
Hi there – the dish I used is about 10 x 5 internally to give you an idea xxx
The pie turned out great. My daughter loved it. She’s vegan so I only put cheese on one half, but she mixed some nutritional yeast with water and put that on top of her half which some vegans use as a cheese substitute.
https://polldaddy.com/js/rating/rating.jsI’m trying this out now. I only had potatoes and a few carrots, and I chopped the onions small already without going back to look at the recipe. But it will do! If I can post a picture, I’ll come back and do that. Otherwise, I can’t see anything going wrong with potatoes, onions and cheese! Although, I tried the vegetable pasties on Tuesday, and although the filling was good all I can say about the pastry is it was more than edible. I’ll have to try again.
Hi, I love this site by the way! Could you tell me if the cooking temperature of 220oC is for a fan oven if not what temperature should I use?
