Wow that is a lot! I bet if you put them in a deep large pan all stood upright you’d get loads cooked at once! xx

I just found your blog yesterday through a Pinterest link and I just wanted to say I love it! Great idea. Keep up the good work!
Just throw them in the oven WITHOUT shucking them. The leaves will hold in the moisture, and they’ll be steamed, delicious, and perfect when the leaves are pulled back at the table. Plus they hold heat better, meaning they’ll stay warm for a couple hours at a cookout.
