Quick and easy way to cook corn on the cob – no mess!

After 30+ years of stripping back the outer leaves and removing the silks before cooking, I’ve found a way to cook corn without the mess and the frustration! Thought I’d share!

  3. Just throw them in the oven WITHOUT shucking them. The leaves will hold in the moisture, and they’ll be steamed, delicious, and perfect when the leaves are pulled back at the table. Plus they hold heat better, meaning they’ll stay warm for a couple hours at a cookout.
