Please be kind to me tomorrow, you see no matter how hard I try to poop before weigh-in, it will NEVER cancel out the 3 LARGE LORD WOOLTON PIES I stuffed my face with last night and today.

I’m planning Woolton pie for tonight. I shall be careful not to go near the scales for a few days. And then only after a poop!
