I have always been interested in the WW2 diet, I am a war baby and lived on it. We live on an island and our diet is reasonably healthy, but we are both a little overweight. I think a lot has to do with not enough exercise. When we were farming and all the children were at home, my weight was steady at 8stones. Now I think it must be 11. I love your blogs, and also the recipes. Keep Calm and Carry On!
